Interviews with them not in character?

It's not in the FAQ nor could I find it using the search function.

But are their any video interviews with rob, jp, and mike with them not in character?

of the handful of interviews I've seen, they were all in character. Somehow I think John Paul is probably pretty similar to Julian, but I don't know. Do they do all there appearances and meet the fans type thing in character (at least J, R & B)?

Every time I've seen them at an event, they are dressed in character. If you get a chance to talk to one of them on their own, they will talk to you as themselves. Bubbles usually has his glasses on his forehead until a picture opportunity arises.
 I think there was a print article they did out of character.

I recently listened to/saw an interview with the boys where they were not in character.

Being brain dead, I can't remember at the moment where I saw it.

I will try to find it and if/when I do I will post the link here.

I haven't seen any interviews with J, R or B but there's a few floating around with Dunsworth.

I'll just leave them here.
