New Alcoholic Beverage "The Trailer Park Boy"
« on: Jan 08, 2009, 06:53 PM »
I thought in honour of the Trailer Park Boys, we ought to name a new concoction after them but I'm having trouble deciding what would be appropriate.

I remember my Toronto days where I once frequented the Comedy Club and ordered a drink called the "Canadian Madness" which I believe was 2 shots rye and one shot anisette.

However, I can't find the recipe anywhere and therefore, I think its up for grabs and should be renamed The Trailer Park Boy"

Anyways, all ideas are welcome and where else to ask but you guys here.

Well "The Julian" would be a rum and coke no? :P

My idea is any drink named "The Trailer Park Boy" should be drank from a cut off 2 liter pop bottle or a cat food dish or some other dirty plastic container.

I watched the "winds of shit" today and Jim was going from cabinet to cabinet pouring from whatever bottle came to hand. I would love to get that recipe and call it the "Lahey". I'm sure only a couple of people would know that combination.

A real greasy, sassy drink! Well it already has a name but what about that green dragon stuff where you infuse alcohol with THC. I've never tried it, I might this weekend(just kidding of course I don't do drugs)
What about when julian funnels all the drops from empties into 1 bottle? what ever this drink ends up being we must funnel all remnants into cut pop bottles, kitty dishes, etc. as mentioned before.

Well Sambucca gives its taste well with liqueurs like southern comfort i find. But what if it were mixed were bourbon or rye?
That would be one dirty drink! Sambucca and "The sweet jack" for example.

It would be cool to have a nice all round drink as a ritual for trailer park boys.

Fetch me another Dirty Double!
...couple of drinks....

correct.

I believe "anise" is French for "licorice".

Sambucca is similar.

Any type of liquourish drink is cool with me. I set my guitar player's hair on fire making him do flaming zambuka's. That was at Alexanders in Brantford. Hash was also a factor.

Sounds like good times. Was this in the "hair rock" days I saw in the pictures? because if so, that much hairspray was bound to ignite at some point and you couldn't be held responsible.
