New debate tonite: Mccain strikes back pretty much.

He made Obama stumble about his attack ads, i think that was pretty funny.
Then Obama strikes back with their campaign about their followers, man the press and the comedy shows are going to have a field day with this.

This one was a fucking slobber knocker.

What these guys don't understand is that everyone in america see's their government as their foe, and rightly we should. Promises aren't kept, times get harder, people do dishonest shit, so how is anyone, and i mean anyone from the oldest senior citizen to the girl who just turned 18 to know wtf is the truth anymore? And how can you judge for yourself when everyone is lying to you, on both sides of the toast.

If you watched the split screen version , like on CNN , it was interesting to watch McCain's weird facial expressions as Obama was talking....

America is screwed.  This is destruction by design.  Canada will not last much longer either and will eventually be combined economically and pollitically on some level in the near future.  A new order will rise out of the this current chaos.

Mccain is an insider who will continue the path we are on.  Obama will deviate slightly, but the world will change Obama and America will soon regret it's choice, because the change will not be positive.  The war on terror will continue, and Obama is here to transition it towards the homeland and the new terrorist American political dissidents.

I've researched the plan and it's incremental implementation for the past 5 years, and it's happening!

Damn, Nostradamus. Way to harsh my buzz, man

I drove past a dilapidated house with cars on blocks, broken kids toys all over the shabby lawn, charity shop clothing on the clothes line and a broken crucifix planted near the front door. Dwarfing all of this were banners and signs that read; McCain/Palin for Real Change

I thought, what the fuck are Mr. Magoo and The Beauty Clown going to do for you dicks?

Sad isn't it but the Republicans have mastered having people vote against their own interests using wedge issues, abortion, gay marriage, race etc.

The first thing that Democrats should do if they get a majority is to revive the fairness doctrine. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fairness_doctrine They will fight to the death on this though. People listen to fox news, then they listen to Rush, Hannity, Savage, Beck and so on who all say the exact same thing. It's a form of brainwashing through repetition.

Wouldn't it be nice to hear both sides of an issue. Although the corporatist media will not go down easily.

This is hilarious!

BATTLE, England (CNN) -- Townsfolk in England have delivered their explosive verdict on Sarah Palin, stuffing a giant effigy of the U.S. Republican vice presidential nominee with fireworks and blowing her up to raucous cheers.

The unusual display was the climax of an annual bonfire celebration Saturday in the southern town of Battle, where political figures are a favorite target of a local tradition that sees a different icon destroyed each year.

This year's creation was a rather unflattering depiction of the self-declared "hockey mom," a machine gun brandished in her muscular arms, bright red lipstick surrounding a grimacing smile and a moose at her side.

Daubed beneath her was the slogan: "Too hot to handle."

The caricature of the Alaskan governor was flanked by a smaller effigy of Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama, wearing a military-style helmet.

Organizers of the event, which saw a procession of flaming torches march through the historic town before igniting a bonfire and detonating the effigy, say the politically-themed pyrotechnics were not meant to cause offense.

"We just felt she was one of the most interesting characters in the American elections," Matt Southam told the Rye and Battle Observer.

"It's tongue-in-cheek and she's getting more attention that the other two, so she seemed like an ideal candidate."

The event, believed to date back to 1646, has seen British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and his predecessor Tony Blair go up in smoke in recent years.

Despite heavy rain, Palin's likeness went up in seconds -- a shower of sparks followed by an giant bang, and an amused round of applause.

Well tomorrow is voting day..get out and vote! I have a small problem, I know the polls are gonna be packed..therefore I'm getting there at 7 AM. I was in a minor car accident the weekend of October 19 [we were coming home from a wedding], I have to see a Surgeon tomorrow at 10 AM. I hope I can get done with the voting by 9:30 so I can make it to the Doctors..can't vote after the surgery cause I'll be looped out! P.S. I also missed Cory's film due to this accident..I was gonna catch it on the 20th but spent time in the Emergency Room  hopefully it will be on the internet soon!  :)

Good Luck with all of that Trice.  Hopefully you will be able to get through everything alright.  Maybe if you let them know about your doc's appointment you can get through.  Luckily Oregon is a vote by mail state and has been since 1994.  So I voted back on the 24th of October.  I will just be happy when all of the political commercials are all over

Sybil Fawlty: Don't shout at me, I've had a difficult morning.
Basil Fawlty: Oh dear, what happened? Did you get entangled in the eiderdown again? Not enough cream in your eclair? Hmm? Or did you have to talk to all your friends for so long that you didn't have time to perm your ears?
