I have to deal with this. We live close enough to "The Commons" that we stand to lose all of our windows from shattering due to the shrills that this disaster will result in [from both the "artist" and the crowd]. I thought it was a joke when i first heard it considering I had hear solid rumours of U2 and Rush.

Hey, I love Celine! Even though most of her tunes make me think of all my break-ups in high school. Geesh, was/am lame. I would love to go though, expensive for an outdoor concert though. We'll see, I'm pretty sure the hubby wouldn't be caught dead there however, so I'll have to find some other Celine fan to come with me.

Ha ha she makes it so easy for people to hate her. "Celine Dion has backed out of a commitment" what does that say about her? I think the promoter and Halifax should be grateful, it made the city look bush league to even consider bringing her in. Perhaps now they can get a proper act, one that honors their commitments.
