I don't claim to an expert in math but I'd put the chances of winning at 1 in 20.

I made it I made it!  What's next, the swimsuit competition?
(hugs fellow semi-semi-finalists amidst cheers and thrown bundles of roses, mascara cascading down cheeks- kiss! kiss!  oh good luck!)
Sorry I used to watch the Miss Universe competitions when I was a kid...
I doubt I stand a chance either, but maybe my Witch-Ho superpowers can infuence the so called 'random numbers' (no offense to the software but generating truly random numbers is impossible, physics show that merely observing the process influences the outcome.  So watch me try and influence the outcome!)

Don't get me started on the Pokemon, I have seven gameboy games in the series!  As for the singing, I've been practicing my voice excercises all day as I set up my new apartment- I think I could do a rousing rendition of You are So Beautiful!  I uh, just need to look up the lyrics to everything but the chorus... but it's definately in my register (except for that end bit, I don't do falsetto)

AND PLEASE LORD NO SWIMSUIT COMPETITION LOL!

I'd have to transpose it, Geddy Lee's singing voice is higher than mine.  That and I can't announciate as clearly as his rock-opera vocal style...  hee hee
'tis a good song though

Have I not repeatedly stated the presence of large holes in my otherwise astute brain?  I swear I think I've heard everything Rush ever did (back in the day anyway) and yet I can only remeber that it was all skillfully done.  Couldn't sing you a bit but hum the riff from Closer to the Heart... note that I was going to have to look up "You are so Beautiful" as well... Now if it had been a SIOUXSIE tune, you'd be the one's confused.   Go ahead, sing me "there's a planet in my kitchen" (the band doesn't even know the lyrics, they were all on mushrooms and recorded it in their kitchen)

Oh, and fishy's right.   You can sing instrumentals quite well if you're dedicated.

BTW, I'm shocked I made it this far... :D
