There has been a few times I have run into acronyms and shortforms for the English language on the internet. If anyone runs into one that they don't understand, just ask here.  You will not be ridiculed for not knowing what code language is out there. You wouldn't ask if you knew, right?
 Some are really easy to figure out like LOL (laughing out loud) or ROFLMAO (rolling on the floor laughing my ass off) but there will be some that we don't understand. Ask away and we'll all be learned better. :ricky:

I think there is one like "FWIW"... I think Dafford uses it a lot and I always just kind of pretend I know what it is... but I don't. Usually I can figure them out but I can't get this one.
DAF or anybody want to explain :P

I find that the key to finding out the meaning of all shortforms, and prettymuch anything else, is www.urbandictionary.com. I mainly use it to uncover new and offensive slang to use while at work. Only a select few know what I refer to when I use some phrases. I swear at a totally different level at work thanks to www.urbandictionary.com!!!

But it's to a point where I use totally clean and random sentences and my boss thinks I may be swearing... I could say "Lets go to dinner and pick up some donairs" and mean that I want to go pick up some greasy donairs, but he would probably think it is code for "Lets go out and get;
A. a few beer.
B. some weed.
C. high.
D. hookers.
E. herpes.
F. arrested for oogling Catholic school girls.
G. some of the bosses wife's punani while he is here at work.
