They lost last night to Jersey, 3 to 0. That's just a little bump.. They should have no problems in Halifax. (Or they better not, because I won't hear the end of it!)

Welp... Patrice was able to be interviewed today, he still looks as though he was just released from a hospital, that pale and beaten look... at fat bastard like myself would still be in a hospital bed. For a guy in his shape to be knocked that bad, just wow... it's good to hear he is progressing and wants to be back.

Raask isnt starting tonight... but meh loves teh Timminator (in a manly way)... Manny, get better and go away (I hate wishing ill but it's hard to be sad Fernandez is out)...

Go B's!!!

Word is, Canadiens beat the Bruins.... once again.
How does that make all you Boston fans feel inside? Are you hurt emotionally?
Good. Get used to it.

New England sport fans are slowly morphing into New York sport fans.  I guess it's not your fault you have good teams but the attitudes are getting similar.

I wish anyone of my teams would win again.  If the Pats and Celts win this year, I don't think the sports world would ever be the same.

And I apologize for comparing Sox fans to Yankee fans, that was truly uncalled for.  No one will ever be as bad as a Yankee fan.

On my first visit to Boston I missed the chance to get my photo taken with Blades.... :( :(
I will regret that for the rest of my life...
On a lighter note I did get drunk as fuck and had a whale of a time anyway...
Tonight, dinner was veg curry, and now having a few tinnies of guinness  :beermug: :beermug: :beermug: :beermug:

Been there a few times in the 80's when jay miller, byers, neely, bourque and company in the old boston garden and had a blast.Seem the flyers, nordiques, hartford and was brought for a tour after the game(i was pretty juiced).Sat in the penalty box(o'reilly owns it now)and just thought of old times. The new arena doesn't have the mystic as the old one and the team is just not like it used to be.I'll tell ya one thing though, they better get marleau from the sharks and get rid of murray because there going nowhere again real fast.Thomas is the only bright spot imo. :6paper:

Man, the old Garden... 30% of the seats were missing a view of at least one net or the clock/score. The back end of the building had sagged so bad there was a hallway that used to run straight across the back of the first lodge... you couldnt see end to end, in fact you couldnt see the center point from either end!

As dark, gloomy, missconstructed and failing as it was, I still miss it.

ha ha, but the unfortunate part of that deal, is you'd have to take something from the Laughs back.  That makes me shudder.
