Old news and probably posted elsewhere. But it won't hurt to post again if so.

"The Big Dirty" will be televised in the US Saturday Night (Sunday Morn) at 1AM on Comedy Central. Tell all your friends, neighbors and yes even your enemies to watch it.

I am curious to see how much censoring if any will be done.

Ok guy's I had some time in between classes today at university and decided to check the showcase.ca site to see what the thanksgiving weekend had in store (I had thought that the Special was going to be on sometime during the thanksgiving weekend!) However to my disapointment I couldnt find it! I went to the section "On tv" and you can go all the way up past thanksgiving actually and see all the shows that will be shown. Most of which where movies on thanksgiving if I remeber corectly liike spiderman 2 and war of the worlds??? that type o' thing.

So what do we think? I thought I heard someone on the forum mention that they heard from a radio station that it would be airing on thanksgiving but apparently thats not the case??? :? :? :?

Yeah a member posted that they heard that on a radio station by some nobody, but it was also posted that we still don't have a confirmed date for when the special will be aired.  "Late fall" was also posted.

It was (supposed to be) aired un-censored ... from the official US website...

It will never come to UK cinema sadly. Even though the show has a cult following over here it just wont be shown in mainstream cinema.
On a brighter note Seasons 1 to 6 will be released in a DVD box set in HMV later this month for the first time so there is some good news for us UK fans.

"Say Goodnight to the Bad Boys"... but I don't want to! It sounds so final! (apart from the movie next year, but you know what I mean).   :(

So it nearly is a Christmas special.

Maybe it's other bad boys we're supposed to say goodbye to, not the TPB.  Some bad boys in the special.

I think If i am reading this website correctly, This is not North american. I have seen the designs for the UK and I know for a fact that they come in two season sets and the selling in pounds tips me off to that too becasue UK have to have their DVD in Pal format or Region 2 format and ours is Region 1 or NTSC and that does not look like a north american rating label

I do!!! I might buy this to see if there are any "extras" from my Canadian DVD's that I bought in Toronto in 2006. Still need to get season 7 though
Also if you look at the price of season 5&6 it is more expensive than the season 1-6 set! that's English logic for you

IF you currently have a set go to this link and There is an extensive list of "extras" that can be found for the Canadian set if they are playable on your tv and it gives you the title so you can go straight to it with the search function or also gives you how to access it through the menus

Is the special going to be another christmas themed one? I'm guessing it will air before or around christmas time. Maybe there is no mention what its going to be about.
Fuck off, I've got work to do.

It was mentioned "late fall" as the time when the special would air, that would mean before Dec 21 (winter).  I'm pretty sure it is not Christmas themed.
