I`m gonna get grilled over this but a cast member(who will remain nameless to protect their privacy) has confirmed to me that the series is over.But theres talk of another special & possible film sequel.This is no rumour.This is what I was told.

The season 8 rumours are everywhere.Also a rumour that the show was picked up by Comedy Central.Who better to ask than a cast member.I don`t like this either but season 7 really jumped the shark tank.It`s over.sigh:(

Yes there's definitely a special, already filmed, and a film sequel to be filmed this summer, that has been established.

Yeah. Lets jsut Quit talking about this. If it happens it happens. It is just werid that they were said to be taking a break by all the news if they were thinking about quitting. Just keep watch on showcase and they release news. Now just looking forward to the new special.

I just want to say that it SUCKS BIG TIME that there won't be a season 8 right away...Season 7 was probably their best so far. It's the season that I have watched the most on Google, especially 'Jump The Cheeseburger'. I can't wait to see the new movie; when is that slated to come out, anyway?

Well I hope its not over, I just got tuned into TPB about 3 years ago .... I have gotten so many of my friends hooked on the show ... We even drove up to Canada for the movie, bought some pepperoni and everything ... It is absolutely one of the best shows ever, hands down .... I mean we all remember what happened last time Ricky and Julian had a bunch of money ... the possibilities are endless ..... please please one more season and go out with a bang!!!

Well, If the way I am hearing tings, It wuold probably be like season 6 because in another thread I heard that they were to start filming in june and that I think would put them into august for filming of the show if it happened

I have a good feeling we will get a season 8. Especially if they can start to conquer the market in the US. If they get big there they will be able to make a lot of money for a season 8.

I highly doubt it that they will make it big over there. They tried and I think only made it up to season four before bbc america dropped them and I think nobody has been able to find it anywhere else.

Season Four!!

I found TPB on BBC America and they drooped it after Season One. Just as well, the show wasn't really working with all the cussing beeped out. It was sometimes impossible to follow the dialogue.

I completely disagree that the show would not "make it" in America, based on my own personal experiences. Everybody that I have shown the program to has loved the shows and the characters. Most have bought all of the DVDs or have asked for them as Xmas gifts. If the show is going to find it's audience in America, it just needs to be done the right way, with a Channel that is commited to the show, the right time-slot, and little bit of marketing in the right places.
