Gee, that felt more wrapped up than the last season.
This season wasn't very enjoyable, but this episode made the weekly endurance all worth it. Just couldn't stop laughing!
Lots of verbal chaos, "awesome negotiation tactics" (to borrow a Conky line from season 4), nice to see things settled in their places in the end, and Ricky gets his grade 11; haha!

I'm pretty sure there won't be a season 8. If that's the case, then, thanks for the years of kick-ass.  :beermug:

id be willing to bet this is not the last season.

- they just put out a movie, why quit in the height of your popularity?
- last season felt like a finale sortof, ended happy with an explanation of everyones life.
- 480k probobly isnt retired, i mean fuck ricky blew 38 grand in unmarked bills in 3 days.   Julian lost 10k worth of vodka in his yard
- that money lets them RUN the park and opens up new doors, i think it will be good, or at least funny to watch it get blown
- ricky in US jail now making US connections

Just saw the ep, really liked it.  I'm not going to address whether or not that was the series finale, but like the Season 6 finale it also left a lot of people thinking it was a great way to end the show.  Of course the big difference was that when the season 6 finale aired we already knew there would be a season 7. 

It was suggested that the season 6 finale was written that way because they weren't sure there would be a season 7 when they filmed it.  I guess what I'm saying is we can't assume that was the end of TPB.  Even if there is not a full season 8, there may be more TPB to come.

You guys should read the thread the admins posted about a season 8 confirmed and possibly even 9. Chill out kids :) it's all good plus.... that was the best god damn tpb episode ever. It had that early tpb old school feel, they didn't even forget the bottle throwing kids :)

I thought that this season has been kind of up and down, but seeing how it all came together in this episode, makes me realize just how much they were thinking 'season', instead of 'episode.'
That was such a beautiful little epilogue, with everyone finally realizing how content they are.
It was the epitome of bittersweet.

2nd season in a row that ended with a mega happy ending.  I suppose it beats filming a cliffhanger and then something comes up and you never finish the show.

Allthough I suppose you can only do that so many times.  I was surprised to see the mega happy ending used two years in a row.  But since it came back this year, it'll probably be back next year.

I thought it was a great episode. Many a good laughs throughout the entire thing really.

As far as the show ending....nah.

Don't you think there is a reason they didn't tell us what happened with Barb and Sam?

I am thinking they come back to the trailer park next season and take over. After all, Barb is the owner. You can smell this shit storm coming boys.

great season great show. the happily ever after part made it feel alot like a series finale, if it doesnt appear that way your fucked in the head, although i'd love more sunneyvale tomfoolery my self, you gotta think this makes it look like the end.

Lots of great scenes and a non-conventional ending (for TPB that is), I enjoyed it.  They even set up a bunch of great storylines for next season!

Yeah I originally typed $240000 each, then realized that there would be several people getting money out of it and didn't want to try and do the math in my head at who would get what cut, but I forgot to take out the each. 

That's good math thinking DH, living in tobacco territory down must give you a good advantage in illegal smoke selling. :D

Great episode, and I won't rehash the topics above....I think this episode was a "reset" of sorts...it allows the story to be restarted next season with a clean slate. Previous year to year transitions carried stories through, and that will eventually lead you to a repetitive story... (drunk...then super-drunk lahey, no money for the boys, jail time).

They can go in a new direction now, and try something different. Wild prediction: C&T have turned themselves into ultra-hard badasses, and have come to seek revenge :-)
I've been watching too much of MJ's "hobo" film...

stupid questions raised in this episode, not serious:
- How did they get the shitmobile back to Sunnyvale?
- Where does Ray live? Will Rick buy him a trailer? or at least sign another 35 year mortgage?
- Can lahey and randy control their addictions?

Thanks to all they boys for another enjoyable season.
- Will George and Ted seek revenge?

I don't remember any thread like that here.  There was an article posted saying there would be more TPB in the future, not necessarily a season 8 though.
