What's so odd about the name Jacob? Am I missing something?

Fantastic episode. I am surprised no one mentioned anything about the great Lahey cop scenes, wasted out of his mind.

I loved when he was walking around the liqour store drinking whiskey and Randy is smoking his bong while all the other customers stare at them

atf, fbi, and dea are all american agencies with no jurisdiction in canada, conky has to be calling them on an american.  i dont think theyll get any smokes or cash for the weed, maybe bach intends to rip em off anyways, but if the boys can beat lahey and randy and get  the 50,000$ reward money for the swayzie express, thats better than chump change or going to jail.

Concerning arrests on foreign soil, FBI Special Agents generally do not have authority outside the United States except in certain cases where, with the consent of the host country, Congress has granted the FBI extraterritorial jurisdiction.
yeah i guess youre right.  still why call 3 USA agencies, why not call their canadian equivalents if he wanted to fuck over the boys.

Just gone through the episode for the forth time. Gee, that really was one intense mindfuck.

The tuna net idea was hilarious, even though it was obviously clear it wouldn't last long [well, somebody had to save the two since no one was watching them as the Boys left for more important business].
Loved the forest rangers scene.
And Conky as an autonomous being... no, i don't think i can stomach that. The season 4 Conky i like, but this one i must hate.

Randy: Does that thing really launch, Bubbles?
Bubbles: Does it really launch? Does the Tin Man have a sheet metal cock?

Fuck it, man. I'm moving to Toronto and I'm gonna be a street person! I don't care!

Maybe it's only Sebastard Bach that'll go down alone. Heheh...funny to think that this 'wife-afraidy cock' is nothing but jail-cover to Conky/Bubbles. I remember Bubbles saying that SB fabricated all that shit about the Swayze Express being made up of illegal parts. Calling the U.S. agencies may be Bubb's subconscious doing what it sees as the "right thing."

'Cigrits' for dope is fucked.
There is a fucking forest fire nearby!
Jacob has proven himself to be just what Ricky said he was.
Canyon and Amanda were awesome.

My fuck, I love me some TPB!

I am inclined to believe that Conky is gonna die hard. They're gonna have to grind that fucker into powder or something so he can never come back again.   :bat:

It wouldn't surprise me if Patrick Swayze guest stars on the last episode.

Not sure if this was already mentioned...the cop that pulls them over is the same cop that pulled them over in season 5 when they were leaving the community college during the night....also what did you think of george canyon's performance as the ranger?
How many teddy bears did you see in the background of The Cheeseburger Picnic episode?

Actor that isn't getting much work these days, plus all the disclaimers at the start of every show with his name. I wouldn't be surprised in the least. That Conky episode would have been much better if he had tormented Ricky like in Conky's first run.

Cool I didn’t notice that Superdee.

I thought Canyon was excellent in his Tom Selleckness, with a beautiful mustache I might add.  I still can’t get over how he kept a straight face with the “give us a kissy”, and when Ricky offers him a toke while he is giving his spiel.

On my second viewing I noticed that the trailer that Lahey and Bobandy are sitting in front of after being "netted" has no roof/ceiling or back wall. If you look behind them as they drink, toke and recuperate, through the window on the left (not the one with the "For Sale" sign in it) you can see the sky and what may be a tree where the ceiling and back wall should be. Now that's a real fixer-upper.
Did anyone else notice this or am I just fucked?

After re-watching the episode, I'm more convinced that Conky is calling the authorities only on Bach, not on the Boys. The arguments put forward by my fellow orgsters (ie. Bubbbles wasn't as impressed with Bach after learning that the Swayzie Express wasn't chock full of illegal parts) helped to sway my opinion. If Conky tips off the authorities to the whereabouts of the SE, Bubbles could collect the reward money (given that he keeps in disguise if he has to do it in person); however, the train tracks leading back to the Boys may be their downfall. I'm still not sure what to expect this Sunday (other than sadness at the end of the season).

I REALLY wish it was easier & less expensive to organize an org get together where we could all watch the season finale together in person. Watching the season premiere with my fellow orgsters was magnificent, I just wish I could do it again.

Hello everyone.

This episode had some very funny parts but, I do agree with a previous poster, I also think it was all about preparing to go out with a bang re: the end of the season.

One aspect I loved and found hugely funny which I do not think has been mentioned before was, the bizarre lack of reaction by Lahey's co-workers (other policemen) regarding the ludicrous state of his police car, let alone the obvious visual reappearance of his drinking problem.

That car really is utterly wrecked, appropriate really, Lahey is too.
