Bubbles retrieves his train magazine as Ray walks by, Ray says, "You could have done it bubbles you just didn't try".

You're correct... I had to watch it again just to be sure for my own mental health.
Look Randy, I'm mowing the air!

You can't teach me anything about the liquor.

Someone else already mentioned this quote, but I still have to put my two cents in...

My favourite quote in the whole episode is:

"By the way Barb, your scalloped potatoes are fucked!"

I've heard people say, "Your cooking sucks," but never "fucked." The latter carries so much more meaning, and I'm going to start using it more often.
"Why don't you just pretend you're a little squirrel, Ricky?"
"Why don't you pretend you're someone fucking off, Bubbles!"
"Fuckin' tell me to fuck off."

Why is lahey hanging out in a liquor store? Is it something cops do in canada.

I don't know if anyone answered this, but it is required in some liquor stores. They are put on duty during weekends to guard against robbery. Like the liquor store near the bridge in Dartmouth has one there every weekend.

I thought it was pretty funny that they assigned Jim to the liquor store  They really don't like him working with them!

You'd think they wouldn't mind Lahey going to the Chippendales with them.

Man,

I've watched episode 2 three times now, and it gets funnier everytime.  My favorite part is still J-Roc's monologue in the beginning, and how Lucy talks about her job working for him as real job.

god damn! I love this fucking show!

Now, I want a Corey and Trevor spinoff!

The other thing I noticed about episode 2 was that Mr. Lahey crumbled up the paperwork regarding the airport bandits.  Does he know that he's getting J-Roc off the hook?  Or am I totally off track?

Could be - but in all honesty I think he threw the paperwork away in contempt for George.  Julian, Ricky and Bubbles hammered out a deal with Lahey when he was reinstated to make sure he couldn't f**k with them anymore, but I don't know whether the deal includes anyone else on the park.

I think he knew what he was doing in an attempt to piss off the other cops.  Then I predict they are going to come kick his ass, try to kill him and a couple other park people, whilst making it look like an accident.  Only to end up in a sting and being shipped off to con college or something.

I just noticed something

In Julian's car, just as he's pulling up to Ray & Bubbles (just before the scene when Ray needs a boost) you see the dash of Julian's car.  There's a red light that's on.... is that the "Check Engine" light???

Julian has always had nice cars -- doesn't seem like him to be driving around with a faulty car.

It's actually Terry and Dennis' Monte Carlo. Julian stole it in season 5. Do you expect a guy who's drunk all the time to care about a check engine light? LOL

Besides everything Julian does is half-assed anyway. That's the way of the road.

All Julian cares about is his next rum and coke.

I don't know why, but I find it hilarious to hear Barb see greasy with such contempt.
Great episode. I have just moved to Kitchener and don't have the proper cable yet, so I am watching the show online a few days after you mafas watch it on the telly. It's hard not to look at the episode three thread. this is gonna be a tough season for me.

Long time, no talk!

I love the TPB's new season. Can they do no wrong? Okay, so TrevorCory missing sucks and the whole new filming method doesn't quite have the same appeal but the writing is just as strong and Ricky is just as hot so this BC gal is very happy! Can't wait to see what's in store for the rest of the series.

Did anyone notice that behind Ricky and Julian, in the supermarket, when they were stealing meat, there was a whole shelf full of Dave's Hot Sauce! I've mentioned in another thread about how good that sauce is for hot wings!

Jacob is a great actor now. I fuckin miss Cory and Trevor though. They should come back one day so that ricky and julian can boss them around and they'll boss Jacob and the alien trevors around.
