I'm waiting patiently as well. Although the temptaion after seeing pics like that is great to have more of my own.
Thankfully my sister keeps firing out babies, so whenever I fell tempted I just go spend a day with them. Nothing like 4 hours with a 2 year old and 6 month old to remind me why I don't want anymore!

Thanks all. We may have some problems with his passage to his stomach. He throws up, powerfully, every other day. Doctor said he may grow out of it, and if it becomes more frequently, that something may need to be done.

I think he just eats too much too fast, just like his daddy. He gains weight well so that's still a good sign.

Hello Machine Gun.

I am sorry to hear your little one may have some problems.

I am guessing from your description of the symptoms that the doctors are investigating the possibility of Pyloric Stenosis?

If this does indeed turn out to be the problem (if I am guessing correctly of course) , please try not to worry too much, it is rather more common than you might imagine and is usually put right quickly by a small operation and as you mentioned, can sometimes be treated without surgical intervention.

I am sure your bonny little man will be back to full health in no time.

Thanks Rosie, medical advice is always welcome. Until the doctor tells us something needs to be done, I can live with spit up on my shirts, even if it was shot from 3 feet away.
