Make her sit down and actually watch some episodes. She'll end up loving it.
My mom was the same way but now she watches it with me every Sunday and is dying for the new ones :lol:

Hahahaha, dude, classic, i've got canadian versions, modded xbox jumbles the vid up these days and my girlfriends dvd recorder will ay play them.

Does your gf get into the pot humour, cause i don't think my gf would really like them either.  She may appreciate the genius humour, and she has laughed hard at the clips off the net, but yeah, highly doubt she'll "get into" them.  She seems a lil mainstream sometimes with her tastes, but she has that surprise kick that i get off on, like knowing a few words to a tool song when i play it, she might not be a freak like myself, but that fact that she can recognise genius is a major turn on.

LMAO, "she may be broke, might have to trade her in", un pc, but oh so fuck funny!!  Rock on man, but differences are what makes people connect, we are after all nothin but jigsaw pieces floating through the ether, our different extensions find a way to connect inwhich our centre inwardly differs.

You know what i mean.  :)

My wife hates the Trailer Park Boys. However she still went to the Movie with me, and didn't act like a miserable Sea Hag huffing & puffing....And she is going to the Season Premiere party...and looking forward to it...(She probably just wants to meet the Big Sexy Belgian who may be there)

Wives that hates things their husbands like, and put up with it...and don't bitch about it, is a wife worth keeping!  ;) 

She is more of a fan of "Monty Python like" humour, Which is great by me!! I bought her The Holy Grail for $10 bucks in a bargain bin last week!

and yeah what Ole D said imo the trick is to respect each others intrests even if theyre not the same at all in some cases.. as long as you got other points to connect with it shouldnt be a big deal.(sometimes easier said then done ofc)

Most my friends think theres something wrong with me cause Im so TPB crazy.
I had to go to the movie by myself, and nobody would come to the Commodore with me to see them this week either, or the premier in April.
Aw well, to each their own right.

Yeah, certain people (everyone except my few good friends and family) think I'm a loser when they walk into my room and see all the merchandise. Fuck them cause I had to save and save to be able to buy it all so I'll have it decorated in my room however I want :lol:

Hehe, I guess its just an easy way to know who my real friends are. If some one think I'm stupid or weird just because I have an "obsession" with a TV show then I can't really be friends with them.
All the friends I have now think its kind of funny and are always coming to me for info and just to chat TPB, so its all good :D

Well man, we are in the same boat, but its my wife.  She has seen "snipits" of the show when she walks into my room and I am watching episodes.    If you dont sit and watch the show front to back it makes NO sense, if you watch it front to back its makes sense and is funny as hell. 
Whats funny is her sister lives with us too and we get baked and watching it she loves the show. Right now I am watching season five - I am the Liquor (and which episode has them 'playing space' I cant remember and I am almost to the point of watching it front to back again untill I found it) [here is something funny I just picked up on - when he goes to get Trin out of jail Ricky is smoking and swearing in court again. ].  Her sister wants to get her into it with me but the wife refuses to watch any episodes because she thinks they are dumb.  Now what is really fucked is that she loves Rosanne and the Cosby show, that 70's show, etc but the boys are DUMB how fucked is that?

My Ex-fiance HATED Trailer Park Boys.. and hated basically anything that I ever did.. I was always told by my parents when I was growing up to follow my dreams.. well... my dreams were to be a stand up comedian or a voice actor.. and I'm starting to fullfill those dreams with the stand up comedy gigs and stuff that I'm doing that are actually bringing in MONEY..

...Yeah.. she HATED that.. so I dumped her... well... I dumped her more for the fact that I caught her stealing money from my wallet, when she knew damn fucking well that I would GLADLY give her money if she ASKED!!! GRR!!!   :x

...I'm gonna shut up now..  :P
