it's definintely going to be a new squad.  A lot of changeover.  Gomez is making way too much and I don't like who they gave up (McDonough).

Yeah, he would have been a great prospect to have. Now we get to watch him develop in New York. Oh joy.

Really good Refuck 8) Could have used a bit more definition on the word "Canadiens" at the bottom. Took me a bit to notice it.

Not all fans.

Yeah trice it's Habs fans I was talking about  :P

There weren't a lot of happy Hab fans after the last 2 games.  These west coast trips never seem to turn out good for Montreal.  I'm glad they're getting this one out of the way early in the season.

We'll forget about last night...

But the Calgary game was a good one to watch. The score/shots on goal doesn't show it but in my opinion the Canadiens outplayed the shit out of Calgary. Most of Calgary shots were just slap shots from the blue line that didn't mean much. The Canadiens had tons of good chances and they easily got around Calgary's defense many times. I'm usually a grumpy asshole after seeing Montreal lose but after that game I was only grumpy and not an asshole

Watching right now. Halak is looking very good tonight. Let's hope the Habs can hold onto this one. It would be a nice birthday present for Refuckulator.

How do the hockey playoffs work? do you just play one game against a team and the winner moves on or is it a series? How many rounds are there in the playoffs? I watched the end of the montreal/pittsburgh game. Penguins were hitting the fuck out of montreal. It was interesting, I've never really watched hockey.

All series are best of seven, so to win the cup you need to win sixteen games(Qt finals, semi finals, conference champ and Stanley Cup series.

The games for the most part are played every other day. This makes it I believe, the most difficult trophy to win. Being in Pittsburgh you know who I'm rooting for.

I think if the Pens win game 3, the Habs are toast, if we lose anything could happen.

Even though I still think the Sharks got this, Canucks and Habs for the cup would be soooo sweet!!
