Ok Golf this is actually pretty simple. There are two different ways to do this from a YouTube URL.  The first and most common is when the URL says something like:

YouTube/watchv= then just a bunch of letters/characters/numbers.

First you click on the YouTube logo beneath the B and above the smiley face. Then you copy everything past the V= (which stands for video equals I guess) Then you paste that in between the youtube brackets. YouTube ]X[YouTube

For the link(s) with the &featured=related you copy everything between the v= and the &. Do not copy the = sign on either link or the & sign on the other links.  Then of course you paste that link once again between the brackets. :D
