If you're ever luck enough to be passing through Chattanooga, TN you must visit Clumpies for the best ice cream you will ever have in your life.  I went last fall when I was visitng friends for the Riverfest festival.  The stuff is so good it should be a controlled substance.

There's a small thai place here that has homemade ice cream that they serve in top of warm sticky rice. Its up there as far as best experiences ever go.
