Just for the sake of argument, Newt Gingrich made a retraction and apologised to Frank McKenna  (our Canadian Ambassador in Washington) on national television, because it was discovered by the 9/11 Commission that NONE of the terrorists entered the U.S. from Canada.

100% correct Saucy, a terrorist attack is the LAST thing I'm worried about. We don't know when(if)it's going to happen, all we can do is hope that the damage is minimal. No matter where it happens.

Um, no you're not. The US and Britian have the largest number of troops deployed in the Middle East, by far. Germany has troops there and they have not been attacked by terrorists. Denmark has troops there and they have not been attacked by terrorists. I'm sure that there are others but those two just came to mind.

Well, that sparked some debate. I think people misunderstood my comments, and it's my fault for not making myself more clear. I can tell because I was hit by the same ammunition I've heard before: corporate media, media censorship, fear = control, ulterior motives behind Iraq, war for profit, is the world more safe, and so on. i claim to have met him around the turn of the millennium.  i don't remember the date.  could've been '99, '00 or early '01.  so that basically throws your 'terrorists didn't enter from Canada' theory right out the window.  he would have been in the states long before 9/11 coordinating and planning the attacks.  does that mean he never entered Canada?  i've never heard anyone claim that he was never in Canada.

this is the last time i will mention this. i didn't expect anyone to believe it and maybe i should have just kept quiet about it, considering all the support i've received.

well if ya ask me figuring out where a terrorist was after he gets caught and retracing his steps back to months is a little fishy to me......all they are missing is how many times he had a bowel movement....i think alot is cover ups alot is best guess just to make everything that much more interesting....
