what'd you have for breakfast today?

I am just awake - was up til 6 am - have had water from my bedside table and a toke or two. When I go downstairs I'll have brown rice cream topped with "natto" (fermented soybeans, quite sticky) mixed with finely chopped okra - ooey gooey and quite delicious!
No exercise, please! cheers.

This mornin' I consumed the following sustenance:
Real orange juice; multigrain cereal with 2% lactase milk [1]; 2 extra strength back pain caplets; and a shitload of low-grade, home brewed, coffee for mornin' commute.

Chow fur now,

Notes:
[1] Time constraints, unfortunately, precluded me from preparing a healthy bowl of [hot] oatmeal generously sprinkled with Demerara (coarse brown) sugar and drizzled with a liberal dollop of the foregoing dairy variety.

BoTTleKid,

Howdy [VTP] neighbour. Last Thursday I began experiencing sharp grabbing pains in my lower back area. It may have been residual agony induced by four contiguous hours of intensive snow removal, from earlier in the week - namely last Monday!

Additionally, I'm glad that you seem entertained by my style of remarks in this great cyber TPB community resource centre.

Best regards,

Ouch, get well soon.

 And I like that you switched back to the avatar that makes you look like a member of Front 242.  (went on later to form Delerium, an awesome combo of industrial, worldbeat, ambiant, and trip-hop)

Witch-Ho,

Good morning. Are you referrin' to my Avatar? The pic is a rendition of a Young Robert De Niro in the movie Taxi Driver [1]. Robert De Niro is one of my all-time favourite actors!

Cheers,

Scrabbled eggs ,is that where you throw a few wooden tiles with letters on them into your eggs?
Don't you think yer getting enough fiber from the Vector cereal? :lol:  :lol:  :lol:

The same thing I have had almost every morning since I began eating solid food:  cereal and tea!!
The cereal happened to be Frosted Flakes.

I had a ham/cheese/egg on a sesame seed bagel and a medium double single from Tim Hortons. Oh, and most of a pink lady apple.

Real OJ;
2 large eggs - over easy;
2 lightly toasted slices of multigrain bread;
A half dozen slices of semi-rigid (almost crispy, but a tad chewy) bacon; coffee and a myriad of nutritional supplements.
