2-500mg Acetaminophen (generic Tylenol) followed by a large mug of orange juice. I've been feeling' a lil' under the weather these past few days.

Mid-mornin': Coffee, LaHave Bakery Seed bread [toasted] with some green olives on the side.

Midday: Rickard's Red (beer), 1/2 fillet of smoked (BC) wild salmon, a few crackers, a chunk of plain Havarti cheese, and an assortment of supplements.

Chow fur now,

BoTTleKid,

Good afternoon. Where did you (originally) obtain the Cantonese Chow Mein? That is one of my favourite Chinese food dishes. Had some hot'n sour soup the other day. It was delicious and soothing.

Best regards,

I got it from Fong Sing in Clayton park, halifax, Baj. But if you're looking for good cantonese go to King's Palace on Quinpool. It's the best ever, no lie. (My favourite dish, too.)

BoTTleKid,

Hi. I like the Chinese food at the following Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) restaurants: Zen, Fran's, Chinatown, and King Wah. There used to be a great place in Fairview named the Princess Restaurant. Their Lo Mein was incredible. I've never been able to locate anything remotely similar. Oh, and their egg rolls were superior to any others.

Cheers,

Zen used to be good, but it's gone downhill I hear.

a vietnamese restaurant just opened about 2 weeks ago in dartmouth just off of the 'old' bridge in the stip mall.  i've been there 3 times already, their pho tai soup is yummylicious!  everytime i go in i say i'm going to have something different, but i keep ordering that giant bowl of soup.  also, the spring rolls are amazing, seafood dippy sauce... mmmm.  great now i'm hungry.

this morning for breakfast (even though it's almost 1:30) I had toast with my sister's homemade black current jam. But I will need more. (Food.)

I've only fallen off a couple of times.  I use it because I have arthritis and can't do excercises that have a lot of impact like treadmills.  That thing will put a hurt on your ass too...

Actually I wear a full length tiger print bodysuit.  It just makes it more fun.  I'd hate it if anyone caught me in it but really, it's so damn funny.  I'd be willing to post a pic of the offending garment, but not one of ME in it.  It's very similar to the leopard spotted one I wear to post here, as per the special nudity clause in the VTP rules.
