Real OJ;
2 large eggs - over easy;
2 lightly toasted slices of multigrain bread;
A half dozen slices of semi-rigid (almost crispy, but a tad chewy) bacon; coffee and a myriad of nutritional supplements.

Chow fur now,

 Ah, Baj, a man after my own heart: A big breakfast eater. Today, I took it pretty easy, consuming four waffles with lite syrup and drinking several glasses of water. I try not to have bacon and eggs too often, as all the grease tends to kill me. Another thing I try to have every morning is two tablespoons of flaxseed, as it's an excellent source of unsaturated fats. Remember folks, not all fat is bad. Lates.

I got up about an hour ago, took a shower, and am now waiting for my wife's homemade waffles, bacon, fruit with yogurt, orange juice and tea. Brunch, I guess - I usually have 2 meals per day, brunch and supper - with some very late night snacking also :twisted: ! Cheers!

Acetaminophen and coffee; I had a nasty headache yesterday (Sunday, February 13, 2005) morning, and it wasn't from alcohol. Although I did have a couple glasses of Merlot with lunch Saturday.

Coffee,  cherrios,  and a apple. It's a pretty crappy morning up here,  freezing rain and high winds,  a good morning to stay inside and relax on the old 'puter

EXCELLENT QUOTE Pipey!!!!

Every Sunday, my small family goes to IHOP and we have a hearty meal to start our week off right. Why? Because I don't friggin' cook for the lazy Bastards so that's the only breakfast they gonna get unless they go to a Drive-Thru.........

I order a Pipes & Bajjer size Breakfast every Sunday. Hold the Sausage and make it Bacon......burnt beyond recognition.
