Such a great pic of you and the boys Rob. Keep that picture forever. Look at the focus in their eyes.

Went hiking today.  My bro and I hiked up to the Cl evenland dam.  The pics are of us (bro) near the bottom,  me looking over the railing at the top, what it looks like looking down and I had to get a pic of the snow topped mountains.  BC is soo beautiful

Over the long Canada Day weekend me and the two (2) Johnnies built gates, fences and retaining walls. Still waiting for the custom iron gate and other metal bits - plus more stone cutting. I do love to build thangs . . much more to be done this summer.

Also got three new 12" Koi and some other shite for the pond (be careful
Fishy!). Will have a few ORGsters over for a major wang-dang-doodle later this nasty summer!

reno fever cheers!

Looks great BigBen! Absolutely beautiful. I'm planning on getting drunk around the Cabot Trail on the good ole Cape Breton Isle. We do it every summer with friends of ours, have basically gone around every year since birth so, it's a big part of my life. My dad's from Ingonish, and we've always spent a lot of time in that area over the summer, not much else goes on there at any other time of the year but it's gorgeous in the summer and fall. Funny place that Cape Breton is, when you live there you always want to get outta there, but once you're gone you miss it like crazy. I often make fun of where I've grown up and certain other areas around the Cape, but if anyone else dares to say something against my homeland, I lose it!! To be a Caper is a wonderful thing and I say that I am indeed a Caper, and proud of it ! :D

I know it's October and summer is over for most of you but summer is always open here as you know :sun:

So today I pulled off a tremendous feat !

I climbed all the way to the top of Squaw Peak Mountain. It is 2,608 feet tall and a 1.2 mile hike straight up. I have wanted to climb that mountain ever since I started climbing and hiking the Phoenix Mountain Preserve.

Here is a link to pictures of my adventure:
