Here's a question for you Nova Scotians: The Moose , is it real? Where is it? Why is it there?

yeah it's real. i think before my time there was some sort of a beach park or something out there with maybe even more animals like that. i can't really remember the story behind it and i'm probably wrong. the place is called cow bay and there is pretty good surfing all along that little strip of coastline.

it's located about 15 mins from dartmouth...out past the oil refineries and auto port.

Thanks MJ - no one I talked to knew where the moose was - at least now I know where it is and that it's real :)

As MJ said , it is real. Its made of concrete (painted) and been there for at least 36 years (thats when I first saw it) Some local dude made it as a tourist attraction.

Yeah I rember the moose and the beach.  The family spent a day there as a break from visiting with the relatives back in 74.  If I rember correctly, they did not have changing rooms at the beach so we had to do this in the car.  I vaguely rember it as I was only 7 at the time.

Anyone have any more info on that hard candy movie featuring Lahey's daughter Trina.  I have shecked regularly but have come up empty.  I think she also has a role in the X-Men movie that comes out today.
Damn it sucks not being able to see the episodes first hand again!!!

I saw X-Men last night, not a great movie.  But it's funny to see Treena in a X-Men suit kicking ass.  There's a scene where she talks about missing home and all I could think about was home being Sunnyvale.  I had a pretty obvious laugh in a middle of what was supposed to be a quiet scene.

I was getting excited about the good surfing bit until you mentioned the oil refineries - I better take some degreaser...

I thought episode 6 was excellent. It really tied things up. I had to watch it a second time after I heard about corey & MJ leaving. Good ending for 2 stellar characters.

What a refreshing ending ! I loved it ! Made me feel good seeing everyone be excellent to one another.

I hit the floor laughing hystericaly when Jools gave back J-Roc's trailer and J-Roc runs up the stairs, bends down to roll up carefully......then destroys and throws the For Sale sign away.

"WHAT !?"

Loved the ending. My favorite part was when Randy screemed "HORSE COCK!"...which I had the pleasure of seeing him do less than a week ago.  :D

The finale was awesome, I liked to see that they didn't go to jail at the end of the season for once and it was great to ee everyone happy and getting along. I love how Lahey and Randy smoke weed now it is so cool. I love when they are so stoned and Ricky's drinking the ranch bottle, C&T are just eating celery right off the thing, Julian is just sitting there baked out of his mind not knowing what to think and Bubs is drinking pepto bismol. I just love it. It is great when Rick is so baked and the cops pull up and he just turns his head and he is just like screw this man, It is going to be the same thing with Randy again where he calls the cops and eventually gets caught or something. He is just so used to it. But what I can't wait for is Season 7 it is going to be awesome and so is the movie I am so excited. Seeyah guys later.

TPB LATE NITE BAKE :6paper:A :6paper:THON
I hear people say that on TPB they always go back to jail at the end of every season, so I have to correct them, pointing out the end of Season 6. Love they went for the happy ending and snookered everybody on the org.
They shoulda showed Sam, all baked and happy at the end. The courts must've really ate up all his weed money - or he smoked it all up - since he can't even afford a pizza in "I Fuckin' Miss Cory and Trevor".
And Shitrock's in the cradle and J-Roc's hoes
Little Bobandy and the way that she goes
When ya get outta jail, son? Dad, I don't know when
But we'll get drunk and eat chicken fingers then, Dad.
