Definitely going to have to re-watch this one a few times to get everything.  Definitely the making of a classic.

Noticed quite a few "interviews" to help appease the naysayers.

The biggest thing I have noticed this season is the obvious product placement shots.  This year they are drinking Propeller Beer...this is made by a micro brewery in Halifax.  At the end of Gottinge Street just the next building down from the Marquee there was a billboard mounted on the side of the building above the Staples parking lot...it had a big propeller that rotated.  It was an ad for the Brewery, I don't know if it is still there or not.

Yes it is Hunnerbun. Big propeller on the side of the building. Thanks for pointing that out.

I really enjoyed watching the Cheesebuger Picnic.

It is good to see Officer George Green back in the mix, I was wondering when he was going to show up.  What a classic way to bring him back - bangin' Lucy - Heh.

A real first with Ricky breaking up with Lucy instead of vice-versa.  Could his denial about the relationship be starting to crack?  So many new things to ponder this season.  Excellent work by Mike C and the writing team. (Fuck I sound like some blowhard at work).

I only saw 1 teddy bear and it was in one the bags that Bill and Alvena had. Was there another?

There were several teddy bears in Lucy's trailer, plus there were gummi bears. I have to watch it again, I thought I saw some more somewhere.

Some excellent moments:

"go pave your cave, you cave man!"
-after Sam gets pissed about being called a cave man, Barb quietly agrees in the background..
"you are a cave man, sam"

-Lucy's wonderful pose while putting mustard on the hotdog...

-randy standing on the cooler to make his speech
"excuse me gorilla, we da fuck out!"

I thought the boys smashing into Randy's bike was pretty funny.

The hole vacuum dangling between Bubble's legs like a huge sack cracks me up.

Just watched S6E2 again and realized .... I don't think Donnie [aka the "WHAT IN THE FUCK" guy] has made an appearance yet this season.  Hope he shows up in the future eps as he always cracks me up :).

I noticed that too. I bet that we will hear him soon . M C probably doesn't want to throw ALL of the cliches, that we love so much ,at us right away, rationing  them out.

what's with the bears?

I believe that it is a reference to the Children's Song , "Teddy Bears Picnic"

If you go down to the woods today, You'd better not go alone
It's lovely down in the woods today,  But safer to stay at home.

For ev'ry bear that ever there was, Will gather there for certain, because
Today's the day the Teddy Bears have their picnic

Another great episode from Tha Boys (My fave part was when Bubbles and Ricky were outside the trailer talking to Julian)
Although this season is gonna be short, it's definitley gonna be sweet  :6paper:

P.S. Hey BB any thoughts on the episode?

That part was probably my favourite, I don't know why. just the way she says it.  i liked this episode.

But I will critique one thing - notice that it is really obvious they've done multiple shots of one scene? If this is meant to look like a documentry, then the exchange between Barb and Lahey should have been filmed in one solid back and forth camera shot as opposed to switching between two different angles - one focused on Lahey and the other on Barb.

Did anyone else notice this or am I just really picky ?

That was very noticable, BK. It kind of bother me as well, just way too obvious or something (sorry having trouble grasping the word that I want to use).

Also, someone received a bear from the set & I thought that it was you BK, if so which one?

P.S. I guess I'm obsessed with the bears.

I noticed the "polished" camera work as well.  It jumpod out as me as I was watching some of S2 on dvd on the weekend when I couldn't sleep so the "mocumentary" / rough shootin' style were fresh in my mind. With the exception of the actors monolog's to the camera it doesn't seem like the "rough cut" mocumentary of seasons past.  Seems that every season the camera work appears to be more professional / polished.  I miss the "old style" but that said I STILL like the new stuff as well :).

It wasent new to me since i downloaded it about 2 weeks befor the episode aired. But i foud that season 6 is too "fancy"", like season 1-4 were the best to me, season 6 is too professional, still a good show but i find that the park and the atmosphere is different.... am i the only one that thinks like that?

The show is starting to feel over-produced.  But it's still the best show on television.

That "cave man" line was a low blow, though.
I only heard of one guy getting shot twice in one day in unrelated incidents, and he was a REAL dick.
