I am scared to say this but I once was on the road from Dec 12-25 And didn't get home until 5:30am.
I bought the wife a couple of CD's and a key tag from a gas station. I was a little behind in my Christmas shopping that year. OOOOOPS!!!!

The funniest gift I received was a 2002 Mountain Cat snowmobile on X-mas day ......I bought it without letting the wife know? OOOOOOOOOOOPSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!

Cool, i received a 3some for my 18th birthday lol.  only good b'day i've ever had, got my scuba license that same stay in Magnetic Island.

Best xmas gift would have to be a month paid for snowboarding and travelling up and down NZ.  That shit was killer.

See I would have gladly taken a threesome over an accordian...never in my life did I hint at one, look at one or ever think of one and yet I have a 500$ red accordian. It was a christmas gift from an ex fiance...but the red does match the shimmering gold whore dress I got for my 23rd birthday. I placed the blame on him being 16 years older than me and out dated....

lol, that's a winner for me so far.  Of all things, a $500 red accordian lmao.  And no hints, impressive.  :D

I have not really celebrated Christmas since I was 16 years old. I became an agnostic, then an atheist and a Buddhist. Memorable X'mases??? When I was about eight years old I got the most amazing robot. It was about 18" tall and walked, swinging its arms, turning its big metal head and shooting sparks from its chest. On the foot it said -"Made In Occupied Japan".

In Toronto I knew a "hippie" couple, Garth and Yana(they had renamed themselves) and they lived on the second floor above a Spadina shop, maybe Quartzman's Art Supplies, and they had a six foot high "Hanukkah bush", hung with real candy canes and hand strung popcorn. The Jewish Christmas tree was of course a huge, healthy weed plant - a gift that kept on giving well into the New Year.

once thought i saw santa in my house cheers!

Oh man! Where in the world did he get the idea that a nice gift to give your finace is an accordian? Did he think you'd take lessons & give a concert on your wedding day? Did you ever express your desire to join a polka band? Geeze.

The most bizarre Christmas gift I received was a gift certificate for a hot air balloon ride; my grandmother (on my dad's side) gave everyone one so we could all go together. However, it's very difficult to organize the schedules of 8 people (especially mine since I'm working shift work). When we finally got organized & picked a date, we got to the launch spot & the balloon people cancelled because of a great big storm cloud hanging overhead (deemed too dangerous for flying). We arranged another day when we would all be free, then I got switched to another shift at work & ended up having to work the day we had chosen. I arranged to have the day off at work, but when I called my dad on the day, he said that when he called the balloon place they had cancelled the flights for the day because of high winds, so I ended up going in to work anyway. So now this dang balloon ride is going to happen sometime next year!

Last year I got a 512 MB jump drive. It's not a wild gift, but it's definitely the most useful gift I've ever received (next to cash).

A guy I know bought his wife a box of ammunition for X-mas. She said she didn't have a gun. He smiled and said "he did"
 She ended up with shampooo

Every year my buddy Beatle gives me, and our other best friend, a can of Campbell's soup and a pack of smokes.
