That is exactly why I dropped in at such an odd hour tonight, thanks man and great luck.  It's sounding like things will be slow, but like you said it seems moving right along.  The move to "stable" unit is fantastic news.

Oh, and how could I forget...to the car that hit Dev....don't be suprised if you awake to find an arrow pointing to the driver side with the word Dick on the hood...and a few satellite dishes through your windshield...its just our sunnyvale way of saying.."Hi"   *giggles*

Today has NOT been one of my better days but reading that bit of good news really lifted my spirits!  See .... every days things get a little better and eventually it will all be good again.  All ya gotta do is wait enough days as the body can only handle recovering at a slow rate.  Keep the good news updates coming!

I think its a good sign he was trying to pull the tubes and shit out when he awoke. He sounds like a fighter to me, he is going to do just fine. My Dad came out of a 17 hour operation this summer and his doctor immediatly asked him to squeeze her hand to test his stregnth. He told her he couldn't, she asked Why? he said he didn't want to break her hand!! He is a tough fucker. Dev you sound tough too. Prayers are on. My Dad is praying too.

Sorry friends that I havent posted in a few days but I've been a little frazzeled. Devin is doing phenominally well hes opened his eyes and acknowledged our presence, he nows its us and today responded with whispering answers. Tomorrow they are considering transfering him out of I C and putting him in his own room. He is showing good movement signs,legs, arms and small head movement.He has a very pretty nurse that has been taking care of him and he responds well to her(yay Dev).Each day is proggressing along fine, tomorrow will be full of new improvements Im sure. I told Devin today about all the kind posts that you guys have written, i think that he was a little shocked and didnt know what to quite make of it. So I told him that Trevor said he could rip his shirt off and tell him to fuck off and he opened his eyes and gave me a half smile,its the small things like that, that are helping us get through this difficult time. Thanks again for all your kind words and support.
A special thanks to my best bud Rob who has been here for us in this great time of need thanks for posting when I couldnt and thanks for the Gibsons shots yesterday that was exactly what I needed.
