I think it's got to go human to human for that to happen. Right now it's bird to human. But if it does, and possibly combines with another human flu strain, you're probably right imo. Don't let the word flu fool anyone. This could be the Plague.
Dear Fellow Poster,
Please fuck off at your earliest possible convenience.
Thanking you in advance,

I have a feeling that if this thing goes and starts to spread it is going to be large scale and mulit-continent before it's over.  This could really be not a good thing :(.

Quit your job, end destructive relationships, buy a hookah, a Nintendo and some big motherfucking pillows with tassles on the corners. Tell everyone u love how u feel. The time for hedonism is now.  :tokin:

Pharmaceutical companies are gonna make a killing out of this and, in the process, will probably encourage deadlier strains to evolve. I wanna know what they're gonna do to counteract that.  :x

Not sure if this is true  or not, my boss was talking about it today i think, that if it breaks out in oz they're going to try and quarantine every single person to their houses lol, not really sure how much thought went into that one, but my boss is an A grade stoner (aren't we all?) so i take anything he says with a rather large supplement of salt lol.  Here's hoping it doesn't become the next world wide epidemic..  Give it a week and they'll start saying the americans engineered it in labs lol.

Good one C-D, it was a French island off the coast of Africa, not the same as the European continent.
Its the migratory birds that worry me  Oh well I guess they fly south in the winter in Europe just like the do in North America :?

Well I'd best dig out my best plague suit then

I'm not to sure about this bird flu thing. If only 60 people in Asia where the hospital and medical standards are so poor, then aren't we overreacting a bit?

Hmmm, I dunno. Sounds really fackin scary, but I'm not that worried about it for some reason, I don't know why. It could very well be the plague...maybe I've just anticipated something like this for so long, it just doesn't phase me. I think that we'll be seeing more and more of these sorts of thing...it's already evident in the hurricanes, earthquakes and such. Too many people on one little Earth = more dead when these things happen. Really, these things have always happened to a certain extent, just more people die now, so you hear about it more...and the news likes to report death, chaos and destruction more these days for some reason. Lol, I saw a news report the other day on CBC and it was about cheese. I thought, "Yes! This is Canadian news!"

Well, just my point of view anyways  :P
Yeah, whatever.....
