Brandt: You never went to college...

The Dude: Oh, no I did, but I spent most of my time occupying various administration buildings... smoking a lot of thai stick... breaking into the ROTC... and bowling. To tell you the truth Brandt, I don't remember most of it.

I think these are the most expensive they have at $11,900

"Omega Wheels - Has been dazzling the shows for years. Their newest line up is none other then stunning. These are the best of the best. Many wheels actually have Diamond Rivets in them. The detail shown by Omega Wheels is unheard of in the custom wheels industry. If you want the best with the most detail then you just found it, there simply is no better wheel with as much detail as a Omega Wheel!"

http://www.discountedwheelwarehouse.com/Store_Detail.cfm?ID=112735&InfoID=2505&ShowLarge=True&SnipID=3265

but they come with pirelli tires...if you dont need tires it drops the price by $1340

'91 [Honda] Si Hatchback
'91 [Nissan] Pathfinder
'00 [Acura] Integra

Chow fur now,

Had some recent mods done to the '91 Si...can't wait for clear semi-smooth ash-smelt, if ya gnome szayin'!?!?! Had the '91 since Feb. 1991 and its got > 425,000 kms on the odometer. So it stand to reason that an ole facelift/steroid injection was in order. Hey Fishy, she's almost up to par with the previous car rollin' video ya made the last time we went toolin' around.

Was considerin' a Mazda 3 Sport GT (2006) manual tranny for the majority of commutin'/domestic needs, but think I'll wait to see what other gems emerge for 2007.

I've finally left "The General" [GM] after 15 years for good.  Just before christmas my truck as taken from a mall parking lot never to be seen again.  Then in early January, I got rearended in my summer / project car I'd spent tons of time and $$$ on - eventually written off.  So now, I'm driving an '06 Acura MDX and I have an '06 Acura TL on order - should have it by Feb 28th.  Hopefully I'll have better luck with Acrua's than I did with GM's lol!

Currently i'm getting picked up for work, the front end of my car on the first page is smashed in lol, never zone out goin thru traffic lights, especially in the wet, there's always one dickhead who will run the red light.

Parts have been ordered, ie new front end, radiator, airconditioner etc, insurance taken care of, should get that sucker back soonish.

Would love to see some pics of that Mustang when you get it CG.  Spinners eh lol,I'd personally spend that extra money from the spinners on some completely bad ass one piece rims, lightweight and stylin.

I drive a 1998 Dodge Neon.  For aftermarket stuf I've done to it, it has a Vibrant dual outlet exhaust, filled motor mounts to reduce wheelhop at launch, homemade Cold Air Intake, Strut Bars, Mopar Lowering Springs, and a crane camshaft.  For wheels I have 17" Tenzo R Mean 6's, Black with mirror polished lip.  Then in the interior i have colourmatched shift knob and pedals, and Red and Black Tom's Motorsports racing style seats.
Now onto the stereo, I have an Alpine CDA-9855 Receiver with XM connected directly to it, Alpine Type R 6.5" Components, Phoenix Gold QX 6x9's, Alpine 1000 watt amp for the subs, which are 12" Alpine Type R's in a ported box, and a Phoenix Gold Octane R 75watts x4 amp for the components and 6x9's.  And also i have an audiovox 7 inch flipdown monitor and a NESA vision DVD player.  All the wiring is Stinger and I also have an Optima Deep Cycle battery and rockford 200 amp circuit breaker.  I think thats it, I may have forgotten something im sure, oh yeah, lots of led and neon accent lighting in the interior and of course its all protected by a 2way compustar alarm/remote starter.

LOL, thanks Saucy, i was kinda hopin it was written off so i could take the insurance money and buy a bike or cheap car, but since the money matters have taken a sharp turn for the good, all that travel and moving is on the back burner.  Livin to work.

Ricky'sBro nice man, will you be getting a bodykit for it?  I don't think i even knew they made the neon in a 2 dr, there's a neon that gets around here (4dr) with black and gold rims, black paint job, but your's looks a lot nicer.  hehe, cool interior too.  Good stuff.

puddles, never seen one of those before, is it a 4wd?

j.harrison, a 57 bel air?  Seriously?  Damn man, awesome wheels, would love to see some pics of it if at all possible.  Has it still got the original engine, interior etc?  And will you be dropping anything bigger into the engine bay?

How do you paste an image in a post?

Never Mind!!

Here is one of my cars. We also have a 2003 Saturn L300 for our daily driver and a 85 Chevy conversion van with 58,000 original miles on it. Gets 12 mi a gallon. Needless to say I don't drive it much.

I brought it out last week to wash the squirrel crap off of it. Look how green my lawn is, this is in Feb. It's been a very mild winter here for the most part.

Cheers,

News flash

The 2000 Acura Integra was written off in a head on collision Saturday, March 04, 2006 at approximately 1830 hrs Sunnyvale time; THANK PHUCK FER AIR BAGS...if ya gnome szayin'?!?

I was returning form teaching (Volunteer) a Canadian Firearms Safety Course in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. Two thirds of the way home I drove into an intense snow squall. Having sufficiently reduced my speed and heightened my defensive driving frame of reference I neared Gold River Bridge (Hwy#103), which was snow covered. The oncoming traffic was remarkably heavy and traveling too closely in a formation. I noticed a car begin to shift back and forth and then it bolted in my lane! The car in front of me narrowly escaped contact. I, on the other hand had but two choices: squarely contact the skidding car, or move to the oncoming lane and strike a GMC Yukon nose to nose. In short, I stayed in my lane and braced for the inevitable! And I am pretty phuckin' sore.

Back to the theme of this thread; we are now trying to sort out what to get for a replacement vehicle. Feel welcome to offer suggestions, however, I am a bit of an auto enthusiast and have been considering a myriad of vehicles. Last evening we drove a 2006 Toyota RAV4 (V6) Sport, and a 2006 Honda Civic Si. Both were more than adequate. I am even considerin' importing a 2006 Subaru WRX Sti from the United States, as the savings amount to approximately $14,000.00 (Can Funds) with an $0.88 exchange rate.

In closing, I was awarded a [pivotal] promotion on Tuesday, February 28, 2006 and I nearly expired on Saturday, March 04, 2006; hero to [N]early zero in a mere four glorious days!

Cheers,
