Fucked up twister shit LG2S!  Glad to see you lived to tell the tale!
Brandt: You never went to college...

The Dude: Oh, no I did, but I spent most of my time occupying various administration buildings... smoking a lot of thai stick... breaking into the ROTC... and bowling. To tell you the truth Brandt, I don't remember most of it.

Here are some pics of exactally where I live.
First one is taken standing on my front balcony.
Second one is of my backyard, where the West Coast Org BBQ party will take place. :D :beermug: :6paper:
Of course the grass will be shorter! lol

The tube and pole on the grass are part of a dog endurance relay thingy that I bought for my son and the dog.

Sorry about the crappish pictures I didn't take.
Takapuna, North Shore City- (Auckland)
View of Rangitoto from Takapuna Beach, close to where my house is. Auckland has a lot of volcanoes.

In the opposite direction is the city. Russel Crowe went to high school just south of here. But you ozzies can claim him for yourselves. Auckland's actual 'city' goes no further than the central business district. The rest is just sprawling suburbia. Major transport issues.

Harbour bridge I bus over to get to university. I've also bungy jumped off it a couple of times.

My god some of those pictures have me homesick. Haven't been back to Canada for years. Tulips look good in front of parliament. I remember getting lost on the Rideau during winterlude once when I was little. Ice sculptures and eating beaver tails or whatever those cinnamon things are called. Slightly different climate to where I am now.

This is Kit's Beach (VANCOUVER) today and it is about a 8 min walk from where I used to live about 5 years ago.  I'm just visiting this weekend and I'm pretty happy about it as it's 23 deg.cel. and sooo beautiful out! :D :beermug:

I almost moved to Auckland back in 2000...Was in talks with a digital animation company on coming down there to be a 3D Modeler, but they needed someone ASAP, and weren't willing to pay the bill for me to move down...Wankers!  :(

All of you live in such beautiful places. Here is a picture of where I grew up. This was taken when I was 9 years old. It was a bustling town with a mile long business district and 20,000
people. Big Steel went overseas, now there are a handful of stores and maybe 5000 - 6000 people there now.

I try to chase crazy storms like that in hopes that I get hail damage for a new paintjob. :D

Here is a pic I took the other day.  It is the back of the Parliament Buildings and some of the Ottawa skyline.  Below Parliament Hill you can see a bike/jogging trail, they run all through th city.  The body of water is the Ottawa River and that big white boat gives tours of the River.  I once went to a wedding that took place on the tour boat, best wedding I ever attended.

Took this out the window of my office last week.  I think there's a river on the pic somewhere.

Added one from today.  Lots of little sail boats.
