I have trouble once in a while, too.  Do you have to press "Add Attachment" twice to upload it to the ORG server?  Like, press Add first, then when the Browse comes up do that, then Add Attachment again?

I'm so fire-tarded... :P

You gotta enter a message first..

Then click the "Add an Attachment" button.

From there you choose "Browse" and select a picture and give it a description if you like.. then Click the "Add Attachment" button beside the File Comment text area.

It will upload you pic, and then give you options to "Add an Attachment" or see what attached images you've uploaded by choosing "Posted Attachments"

i did that but u cant put bitmap images and i didnt feel like switchin them over to jpeg

I can't get my pics to work right either...I just posted a pic, and got the stupid box around it where it tells you how many times someone viewed it...I wanted to poist it so that only the pic shows up.With the one I posted earlier, it fucking dissappeared...I know I'm no George Clooney, but it didn't have to just dissappear off the site because of my sheer grossness! :cry:

For that you have to upload it to a server like photobucket or something and use the img attachment code above when posting and insert the picture link information between the opening and closing img codes.

Confused even more now maybe?  :P

I get the image tags, but I can't seem to get the picture in there, it just shows as a broken link...I tried giving a image link from my website. Can someone give me an example of the scripting they use?

if this is what you mean i just load the images up to imageshack they host the pic for free and i just copy the link for forum 1 and paste that in the message you get a thumbnail pic that gets bigger when you click on it (see example) i hope this helps ....the image shack website is    http://imageshack.us/index.php  it browses your picture folder  and you open the pic you want hope that helps! ...or if you want the bigger pic sometimes they let you get away with it just copy the direct link address and paste in the message.

just go in the picture and "Save as" but change it to jpeg in the scroll down box and then save it....jpeg!

OK. You have to click the host it button, register for ImageShack and download the toolbar (see under the box on your reply).
