LOL! What an idiot. It reads to me like a joke someone made up. Because, could someone really win such a case? I wouldn't know, but it seems unlikely to me.

Strange things can happen in courts - especially in the U.S. Remember the "Stella Awards" thread I posted a while back. Who would have though those clowns could win their court case?
