This one was inspired by the Nickelback string, and an idea by Big Ben. Name your 10 most hated bands...you can state whether all-time, or current, or semi-current bands...Since there are so many bands that suck out there, from over the years...I'm going with semi-current bands, and here are my pics.

Alright, here's a list off the top of my head.....This wasn't easy, as I'm a true lover of music but these are a few that I couldn't stand over the years....

10. Guns n Roses (I'd rather listen to nails down the chalkboard)
9. Smash mouth (This guy sings like he's been smashed in the mouth)
8. the Grateful Dead ( I wear Boots to shows, not Birkenstocks)
7. Creed (fuckin' posers)
6. Hootie and the Blowfish (nuff said)
5. Simple Plan (Simple-tons)
4. Nickelback (they are nickel-gay)
3. Collective Soul (can't stand em')
2. Oasis (Anybody that says they are going to be bigger than the beatles can fuck right off)
1. Hole (Is exactly what was left in Curt Cobain's head after she shot him. That talentless bitch!)

I agree with you Beav on Led Zepplin, but I agree with Tyler on Pink Floyd...I grew up listening to both Led Zepplin and Pink Floyd with my two big brother's who were also BIG stoners...I think that Pink Floyd is waaaaay overated.

Of course I didn't really want to yell at MRTC. His list really didn't bother me. To be honest I don't even think I have a real appreciation for those bands either. I just like listening to their music. I do like Led Zeppelin more than Pink Floyd.

I'm noticing a theme with everyone's Top 10 lists: contemporary rock bands. I can't come up with my own list either. I don't know enough about music. Any list I came up with now would be based more on other people's opinions rather than mine.

Beav ur wrong doesnt matter on my age i just think they suck and almost screwd rock n roll becuase i remeber rock was when it came out was supposed to be FAST and FUN but led zeppelin and pink floyd are bands that have songs with annoying riffs that go for 10 mins i cant stand them its just my opinion i like music that you can headbang to rock out too and lose your mind and mosh noty just sit their and if i wanted to mellow i listen to sublime or the cure but i donty apprecitate them at all and i dont know why my age means that when im older ill appreaciate them

In any case, no one is going to agree with everyone on this topic and the 10 best bands. I love all kinds of music - which most of us do I'm sure. There are bands in everyone's list here that I like. SMG.......I LOVE BRYAN ADAMS!!!

Well, the ones I really hate are Megadeath, Rob Zombie and that stupid fuckin' Marilyn Manson, oh and I'm sorry but that Anna McGolderich or however you spell her friggin' name!!! God love her and all but she goes right through my head!! Hehe, poor Anna. Musical Tour, Musical Tour? i dunno if i can actually name 10 worst bands...most that was mentioned already i liked some of their music...i mean i wouldn't buy their cd's but one or 2 songs of each band i happen to like

i may be able to name a few that i can't stand

1--anything bluegrass (drives me insane)
2- anything to do with jazz ( again...insane)
3-alanis morissette (fuck i hate her)
4-avril lavigne
5-britney spears (i do hafta endure her for my kid once in a while though

seems to be totally in these days, i thought yought was about having fun and not about getting depressed..Cant remember most of theyre names since i dont bother knowing who they are..

Coldplay used to be my example of the rock decade but there last cd was bareble.. Sigh i had to get used to it since they play that picture song like 10 frickin times a day for months now! Now theyre playing the remix alot latetly (rock channel i listen to at work) and yes i dont seem to hate it anymore.. Theyre 1st cd made me want to shove a screwdriver up my ears... StarSailor too! its the worst!
