Basil Fawlty: Oh dear, what happened? Did you get entangled in the eiderdown again? Not enough cream in your eclair? Hmm? Or did you have to talk to all your friends for so long that you didn't have time to perm your ears?

I've been eager to watch Serenity but I haven't watched the entire Firefly series yet. Most people tell me the movie, and the short-lived TV program, are really good. The other day my friend let me borrow the complete Firefly series DVD. I've watched the first 3 episodes and it's a really good sci-fi show. I can't believe it only lasted one season.

I watched the first 2 episodes of that show "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip", it is pretty good.  It is like a behind the scenes of what goes on a show like SNL.  It is from the "West Wing" people.  So far it is the only new show I have watched this season.

I watch Italian game shows, they are hilarious.  I usually don't know WTF is going on.  One game had these women in thong bikinis strapped into those old fashioned ass shaking exercise machines while being asked questions about literature.  They had these geeky guys for co-contestants.  It was astonishing...and also there were bare, jiggly asses.

Mythbusters is pretty cool. I worked with some guys who worked on "the brown note" episode. They had to see if they could generate a frequency that would make your underpants brown...failed. MYTH BUSTED
To continue the thread...I still like Daily Planet.

Hey I thought I'd put up a few of my shows as I'm pretty new here, these are just ones that are currently still being made, ones that are so good I try to catch them all

TPB obvious (but I felt compelled to list it anyways)

Lost (ABC)

The Wire (HBO)

The Shield (FX)

Battlestar Gallactica (SCIFI)

SG1 (SCIFI)

Eureka (SCIFI)

Dr Who (SCIFI)

King of Queens (CBS)

These are the ones that I really try to watch all episodes (DVR or usenet), as they are all great shows, I have some other favs for some other time  :6paper::ricky:

WOW! The new Battlestar Galactica is amazing! I'm halfway through Season 1 on DVD. The writing, the acting, it's all superb. It really puts Star Trek to shame...and I'm a Trekkie. Edward James Olmos is fantastic as Commander William Adama. You can tell he's got the weight of the world on his shoulders.

Plus, you gotta love the super hot, super Cylon!

I watch BT because I like the news and weather hits - don't watch much of the "interview" stuff.  Great show but Jennifer Valentine kinda gets on my nerves sometimes - don't really know why.  I went to school with Kevin's wife and actually knew her quite well but those were the "pre-Kevin" days for her ;).
