FN Stew
Look for some stewing beef that is very marbled. This lets it fall apart into nice chunks when you are cooking it.
Pat the cubes dry and cut up any large chunks into bite sized pieces.
Prepare a bath of flour, salt, pepper and your favourite spices. Bathe the cubes in that mixture and brown up in batches.
Add all the meat to a crock pot or Dutch oven. Cover with a can of beef broth, can of whole tomatoes, all your veg. and some garlic of choice. Throw in the rest of the flour mixture to help thicken it up.
Cook on high in your crock pot or bring it up to a boil in the Dutch oven. Reduce to low and cook until you can't stand the smell anymore. The longer you wait, the better it tastes.
Serve with your favourite, buttered bread. Freeze the rest in bowls covered with plastic wrap. Only cover it when it is at room temp.
Save all the juice remnants in a baggie and freeze. This will be a part of your next stew, meatloaf or gravy.
Vegetables that I use...
Yellow Onion
Green Pepper
White Potato
Button Mushrooms
Jalapeno Pepper (seeds and ribs removed) Wash hands after handling that shit. You don't want to rub your eye or take a pee before that.
Tomatoes in the form of a can, whole. (They break down when you stir)
I cut them pretty "chunky" so they don't disintegrate, with the excepion of the Jalpeno Pepper. Dice that ma'.
Don't over spice the stew. It has a charm of it's own that needs to come through. You want to taste the separate ingredients so portion wisely.

I'm going to try that, Fishy! Thanks for sharing.
Here's my super easy Lemon Cheescake recipe

You'll need:
A prepared graham cracker pie crust
1 bar of cream cheese
I can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon (or lime if you want Key Lime cheesecake

Sit the cream cheese out and let it get room temp.
Mix the cream cheese, milk and lemon juice until mixture is smooth. Pour into pie crust and pop in the fridge for a couple of hours and that's it.
You can top it with any kind of fruit you like, also.

Cannabis Cooking Oil Shot

Hi, I don't smoke weed anymore for health reasons.  I've switched to edibles exclusively.  Hard to control dosage.

1 gram of weed
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon soy lethicin
oven safe container

Preheat oven to 220.
Chop up bud finely.
Place bud in an oven safe container and cover tightly with foil.
Put in oven and cook for 22-30 mins (this is decarboxylation) SOUNDS SCARY ... JUST DO IT
Remove the container at 30 mins or when you can smell the nugs.
Once cool to touch remove foil.
Add coconut oil and soy lethicin.
Cover with foil.
Place in oven at 320 for 22 mins.
Remove and place in freezer.
Eat, weed and all.
Decarboxylation - Marijuana is not psychoactive unless the it's decarbed...decarbing happens when you smoke.  Your gut cannot digest fresh MJ.
Why coconut oil - MJ does very well with a high fat oil.
Soy Lethicin??   - Increase the bioavailability of your oil!
