You're not serious... I want a link to Darth Tater.
I would post the image I saw of a black Barbie dressed as Janet Jackson ala "The infamous nipple incedent" but google took it down and now it just 404 errors.  Maybe I can link the cached thumbnail...

Yay it worked! There ya go, Janet and Justin.

Does it get more strange and ironic?:

There is no mistaking what the toys represent: At the bottom of each is the product number 9011.
 ! (I think i saw a toy pic somewhere this past summer of Osama Bin Ladin pulling the towers down.)
Seen anything as wacked?

I am going to have to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope this is actually a mid 1990's toy.

But while we're going there, it does not get more whacked than the action figure US hostage debacle that has popped up over the last few weeks.  I spotted it on day one when AP first reported it as a news story, and as an artist I could tell the face was wrong, the gun and clothes were fake, and that it was a hoax.  But it pulled millions in despite the fact that the military knows when it's suddenly missing soldiers.  Now this interesting animation has been made, to show a crop of the original image being morphed into the actual toy's face.  There can be no mistaking it, any half-arsed anatomist or life artist could tell you- it's the exact same doll, with the head rotated slightly in the first image.

It also begs the question; why would we permit our children to play with toys that look like captured soldiers and are realistic enough to fool the FBI?

I wish I had a digital camera to show you this...
I have a counterfit Harry Potter action figure set that I bought fron Liquidation World. Harry and Dumbledore have black sunglasses and are holding strange cross shaped birds ,but the weirdest thing is the english translation of the Chinese caption:

"Series design for the children all are fangle and in the high quality welcome you use or products"

I also have a windproof lighter with a funny "Chinglish" caption stamped on it:

"It fights against the wind whenever you ride your car keeping window open"
"Why not go out on a limb? That's where the fruit is." --Will Rogers
"Get off that limb , that's where all the nuts are!" --Mrs. Saucy

-Why use a big word when a diminutive one will suffice?

Much appreciated  !

Try this "action figure" on for size:

Trailer Trash Talkin' Turleen

If Barbie makes you want to puke, and memories of your childhood being forced to play with Barbie dolls induces nightmares, we have the cure. Introducing Trailer Trash Talkin' Turleen. Yes that's right, a burping, beer drinking, cigarette smoking, 12 inch tall doll, the exemplifies true American White Trash. Press her belly, (it's big because she's got one in the oven) and she will share some pearls of wisdom with the sophistication and style that makes her family and third grade teacher proud.

"..Pour me a double, I'm drinking for two..."
- Turleen

You can hear six different messages from TTTT over at:
http://www.prankplace.com/turleen.htm

if the trailer is rockin, don't come knockin cheers!

I bought the Darth Tater for my daughter.  She's only 4 months so I get to play with it for a few years.

My sister bought the Darth Tater and she's not even a Star Wars fan. She just thinks it's damn cute. Hell, I think it's pretty neat and I don't even give a shit about Star Wars, either.
