I bought the signed poster for $20, Ricky's book for $10, and TWO of the the Meet & Greets for $40/ea. WELL WORTH IT. They were so down to earth and laughed when I showed them the pics I took in Astoria of the Bank of America double wide trailer. I felt a little stupid after buying the signed poster THEN purchasing the Meet & Greet. The advertisement for the Meet & Greet clearly stated, "Meet & Greet with the Boys. $40. Take pictures and get your shit signed." I could have easily bought the unsigned poster for $10 and saved the other $10 and had it signed after the show... but I'm more than happy with the way things panned out. Meeting the Boys was awesome and most definitely an experience to remember. My cousin that was with me was able to get the Playbill behind stage and have that signed by them as well. He's a fan as well... just not a member of the ORG.
I made it a point to mention the ORG and they spread a smile across their faces. I said "Wait till the fellas on TPB.ORG see these pics when I post them! They're gonna love it!", and their faces lit up a little. After signing our stuff and taking some photos with us, we offered them a beer out back, my treat... They were down for it, but their manager dude calling the shots declined our offer. He seemed a little worn out and a bit of a 'Negative Nancy', so it was quite humorous as I listened to the Boys trash talk him all night after the show. My cousin and I made sure that we were near last for our Meet & Greet session as we knew they would feel less pressured for time to move through the line. The plan worked flawlessly.
