That's really cool! I've seen lots of folks that have seen it saying how good it is.

"This is drugs?"

Does anyone know if this is getting a nationwide release? I missed it when it was at the AFF.

The two public showing of Afghan Luke are sold out and I wasn't able to get tix.  The single movie sales didn't go on sale until Sept 3.  I logged in and it said there was a four hour wait.  I went down to the box office today and they told me it was sold out.  I reckon I'll have to wait until it released in theatres.  Anyway I'm happy the movie is sold out.

Shake, it's too bad  you didn't get tickets. If I'd paid more attention to the ORG we could have made plans to meet up and get tickets together.  We went down the night of on Sep 11 and waited in some basement the Official TIFF box office and got tickets right at closing time. We were the last to get some tickets.

From my conversation with Sir Clattenburg afterwards he was surprised we'd gotten them and from your mention as well now I can really see why we were so lucky to get the tickets.  I didn't know that the tickets had sold out and all that. We don't have a credit card so we couldn't buy them in advance. We were floating on a chicken finger and a prayer.

But the movie was fantastic. It is my new favourite movie. I see you did get to watch it after all.

Maybe we could make plans to see  The Men Who Move Furniture when that comes to TIFF as I'm sure it will inevitably next year. I seem to be lucky with things like this being able to just squeeze in on time and discover awesome adventures.
