I spoke to a few people at work the concensus seems to be Miller, Parise and Kane, if 3 were to make Team Canada. Of course Parise is only American because his Canadian father played for Minnesota in the NHL, a familiar story.
Rafalski and Langenbrunner are past their prime and would not have made Team Canada even when they were younger, although they both did have a great tournament.
Most of the experts figured the US had the advantage in nets with Miller, even before the Olympics started. He lived up to the hype.
