Sounds Good. I'll be there on Sept 11!

I remember their names from concert programs and album liners. Always intrigued as to what they looked like. Hugh Syme is another one of those guys. Did some awesome album covers.
Do you have a link to the facebook page or group?

Tony's a friend and so's Ian Grandy. Ian doesn't work for Rush at present, but is always into reminiscing. Both of those guys can be found on FB in the search bar. TPB fans, both.  :D

Hugh has a cool website www.hughsyme.com

Here's the 17 minute video. Might be geoblocked outside of Canada since it's on CBC.

So much positive feelings Lee still shows for the band. "Friendly Canada" [so true] is blessed to have these exceptional boys.  :) :beermug: :6paper:

[apparently not geo-blocked] Thanks Fishington

Someone, on facebook, mentioned that anyone born in this year has the chance of living in 2112. It was a cool thought but pissed me off that it wouldn't be me.

In 1975 Rush was opening for Kiss and got along very well with Peter and Ace. They'd all party it up and Alex would draw a face on a bag and turn into an insane insult comic. Peter said that they were all pissing themselves and Al would just keep up the act.
Here is Alex in '75 as the character "The Bag."

Canada has no official Santa, so this year Rush will be in the sleigh, passing out the goods.

I love The Colbert Show, I watch or TiVo every new show. I always laugh, but Canadian Santa was extra funny to me Tuesday night.

In the U.S. they get charged with conservatism, and labeled republicans.

Did you mean anti-conservatism, and labeled liberals?
