its VERY hard to find trailerparkboys.org in google if you search for trailer park boys or trailer park boys forum....not sure why but if anyone knows how to make it one of the top google links tell us here.

theres alot of big fans out there who have no idea this place exsists because its hard to find unless you have been around awhile.

Yeah, I really don't understand this at all. I've been using META tags, and Discription tags forever, and also spent quite a bit of time trying to get on search engines with a few different software packages. I think I was 4th in Google at one point.. not anymore though. Lately I've been getting a TON of hits from Yahoo, leaps & bounds over the other search engines people are coming from.. not sure why the sudden surge in Yahoo traffic. #2 on Yahoo for 'trailer park boys pics' (no quotes)

I know.....I was quite suprised to see that when you do a search on Google "Trailer Park Boys" - my fansite is on the 3rd page of search results. If you type "John Paul Tremblay" - my fansite is the 3rd one listed!!!!  :D  I was very happy about that considering you can't find my fansite on Yahoo or any other one.

Well.....I rechecked my site on MSN and Yahoo. Yahoo - still nothing but MSN was a big shock! "John Paul Tremblay" made my site the first one listed!!! "Trailer Park Boys" had my site listed on the second page....I think the 15th! Very Cool!!! 8)  :D

I think there's some way you can register with Google to make your site show up.  I'll have to look into it, back when my hubby had a website he managed to get it in there even though no one ever visited it because it was always under construction.  I'll ask my sister how it is that I get like 1000 hits for her web nick on Google, I know she had a hand in that...

When I googled "bare pimp"  we came up as the 32'nd hit .

Google has "sponsered links" on the right hand side of their results page.(much like G-Mail does).

To Google or not to Google, we know we are NUMBER ONE with a fackin bullet! Any TPB fan who visits this board once, won't be as happy anywhere else - simple as that.
(Of course, if yr visitin other TPB boards, you can help the lost sheep by leaving some comment along with the ORG address  ! - kinda Johnny-Appleseed, hehehe) -Cheers!

This sure is the best TPB site out there. The link to the forums from the cast members section of the site is HALRIOUS! I might have fell for it if not for the fact that i use firefox not ie. That page alone makes this site the best, factor in all the other pages and it's no contest

I just googled "trailer park boys". The ORG is on page 3, 3rd from the top. For those of you well versed in the workings of computers and the internet, how is the rank order determined by search engines?
